Q: Hi - Does anyone know the expetected possession date for Akshar Green World, Airoli? The Builder has already taken 88% of the due amount, and has recently sent the letter for another 4% against club house completion (even though the clubhouse is still under construction).
Q: I am looking for 2BHK flat. I want to know current rate of 2BHK flat in Green World, Airoli.Is the area of 2BHK flat - 1245 sq ft?
Q: What is the latest update? by what month / year /date will the structure be ready? when can we get the position?
Q: The work is stopped from very long time. What is the reason? Is there some thing illegal with the building? It's almost 1 year since work stopped and people are waiting for it to be done. Some says building is haunted as well. Six people died here due to such reasons. Please clarify the issues.
